I like to think of my therapy practice as a safe, co-created space.

A container for exploration, growth and change. A space to be held in while we explore your patterns, thoughts and feelings.

A virtual or in person space you can return to on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

I pay a lot of attention to the setting I practice in. My psychotherapy office includes complimentary teas, coffee, water and “recovery pods” you can spend some time in post-sessions (a cozy enclosed space with noise cancellation headphones and a notepad). I want you to feel supported not just through our work together, but also through the environment you will return to for our sessions.
